Industrial Power Assist Manipulator Arm

A power-assisted manipulator (also known as a balance crane or force-saving robotic arm) is a semi-automatic device that uses gravity balancing or power-assist technology to help operators easily lift, position, and assemble workpieces. It integrates mechanical structures, pneumatic/electric drives, and intelligent control, widely used in automotive manufacturing, electronic assembly, logistics handling, and other fields, significantly reducing workers' labor intensity and improving production efficiency.

    Description

    1. Gravity balancing technology

    • Counterbalances the weight of the workpiece using counterweights or pneumatic balancing cylinders to achieve 'zero operating force'.

    • Example: When handling a 50 kg workpiece, the operator only needs to apply 1-2 kg of force.

    2.  Power-free floating function

    • The robotic arm can hover at any position without continuous power or air supply.

    3.  Human-machine collaboration (Cobots) integration

    • Combines with collaborative robots (such as UR, FANUC CRX) to accomplish more complex tasks
