Drawer unit modular assembly: robots automatically install tracks, one-time insertion (tolerance ±0.5mm). Interlock mechanism test: simulate mechanical locking (prevent pulling out under load), force sensor calibration for operating force (≤50N). Loop resistance detection: 100A constant current source measures contact resistance (≤100μΩ).
Medium voltage drawer-type cabinet production line (such as KYN28-12 series)
Handcart circuit breaker assembly: Visual guidance for robotic arm installation of star-shaped contacts (pressure control 200±10N). Valve mechanism adjustment: Laser displacement sensor verifies valve synchronization (opening and closing time difference < 0.1s). Partial discharge shielding treatment: Automatic application of conductive grease (thickness 0.2~0.3mm) to suppress partial discharge.
