Air-Conditioner Production Line

Assembly Line Description
MES system deep integration
• Synchronization of key parameters in the cloud (such as compressor serial numbers linked with refrigerant charge amounts)
• Energy efficiency ratio (APF) prediction model (based on real-time calculation using over 200 assembly parameters)
• Digital twin applications:
◦ Virtual duct testing (CFD data guides fine-tuning of assembly angles)
◦ Accelerated aging test simulation (200 hours equivalent to 10 years of use)
Differentiated assembly technology
• New refrigerant solutions:
◦ Specialized explosion-proof assembly chamber for R32 refrigerant (real-time gas concentration monitoring + automatic deflagration prevention)
◦ Automatic precise dosing of eco-friendly ester-based lubricants (accuracy ±0.5ml)
• Silent optimization process:
◦ Fan wheel dynamic balance correction (residual imbalance ≤ 0.5g·mm)
◦ AI cutting system for sound-absorbing cotton (shape optimized based on noise simulation)
Typical assembly process
example of a wall-mounted air conditioner
1. Shell Pre-treatment:
• Sheet metal automatic stamping (times/min) → Electrostatic powder coating (film thickness 60±5μm)
2. Two-Unit Assembly:
• Fin automatic feeding → Copper tube pre-bending and insertion → Robot tube expansion (expansion rate 18%)
3. Final Assembly Line:
• Chassis assembly → Compressor suspension installation → Capillary tube welding (low-temperature silver solder)
4. Full Inspection Station:
• Safety regulations testing (withstand voltage 1500V/60s) → Noise testing (semi-anechoic chamber ≤ 19dB(A))
• Intelligent mode verification (voice control response time < 0.5s)
